Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assemblers for a heating and cooling company in Sauk Rapids, MN. In this role, you’ll help assemble quality products and maintain a clean, safe work environment. What You'll Do as an Assembler:- Assemble fabricated parts into small subassemblies and/or complete units
- Fasten parts together using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners
- Prepare work by studying assembly instructions and gathering parts, tools, and materials
- Use hand tools and small power tools to assemble units
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations
- Check inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:- Must have experience working with hand tools
- Must have at least 6 months of production experience in the last year
- Previous assembly experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Customer-oriented and able to work well in a team environment
