Job Title: Assembly Operator (2nd Shift)
Location: Franklin, WI Shift: 2nd Shift – Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Pay: $19.50 + based on experience
Job Overview: We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for an Assembly Operator role with a leading medical device manufacturer in the Franklin, WI. An excellent opportunity to gain experience in a clean, regulated production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble small components such as silicone tubing using adhesives and hand tools according to established procedures
Inspect parts and finished products for quality, defects, and compliance with specifications
Follow detailed work instructions, including sanitizing components and maintaining proper handling standards
Weigh, package, and label finished products accurately to meet production requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
Accurately document assembly, inspection, and packaging results
Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED required
Reliable transportation to and from work
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small parts
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Previous manufacturing or inspection experience is a plus, but not required
