Now Hiring Assemblers – All Shifts Available! Newbury, OH | $17–$18/hr | 1st, 2nd & 3rd ShiftsLooking for a steady job where you can build something every day (literally)? Inova Staffing is teaming up with an industry leader in water softeners—and they want YOU to join their crew! What You’ll Do:
Assemble valves and components (don’t worry, full instructions provided).
Use basic hand tools and power tools to put pieces together.
Keep production moving while paying attention to the details.
Work in a fast-paced, team-first environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Assembly or manufacturing experience = a plus (but not required).
Good hand-eye coordination & ability to follow directions.
Comfort standing, bending, lifting (30–50 lbs).
Reliability—show up ready to work and you’re halfway there!
Shifts & Pay:
1st: 6:00am–2:30pm
2nd: 2:00pm–10:30pm
3rd: 9:30pm–6:00am
Pay: $17–$18/hr
