Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join a manufacturing team in Claremore, OK. This role is responsible for assembling mechanical components, supporting production operations, and ensuring products meet strict quality and safety standards.

Required Experience & Skills

Manufacturing experience REQUIRED(assembly, production, or machine operation)
Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, blueprints, and work orders
Strong attention to detail and quality control awareness
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Perform mechanical and industrial assembly according to blueprints and work instructions
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and basic manufacturing equipment
Inspect parts and completed assemblies to verify quality, accuracy, and functionality
Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors
Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient production workflow
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operational policies

Preferred Experience

Experience with mechanical assembly, wiring, or industrial equipment
Familiarity with torque tools, calipers, or precision measuring equipment
Previous experience working in a fast-paced production environment

Work Environment

Industrial manufacturing / assembly environment
Exposure to mechanical equipment, tools, production machinery, and active manufacturing operations
Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
