Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for assembling production components, preparing materials for fabrication, and supporting daily manufacturing operations while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.
The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, is mechanically inclined, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare materials for production and assembly operations
Grind paint and coatings from pipe surfaces as required
Bevel pipe and prepare components for downstream fabrication processes
Use hand and power grinding tools safely and efficiently
Inspect prepared materials to ensure they meet production standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Assist with additional assembly and production duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous industrial or manufacturing experience
Experience using grinders, beveling equipment, or other fabrication tools
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn additional manufacturing processes
Experience working in a production environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive physical activity throughout the shift
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools while wearing required PPE
Comfortable working around fabrication equipment and industrial machinery
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing and fabrication facility
Fast-paced production environment focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
Exposure to grinders, fabrication equipment, steel materials, and industrial noise
