An entry-level role on the production floor with a growing Medina-area manufacturer. You’ll be trained (paid) to rotate through stations that keep product moving—assembly, inspection, basic machine assistance, and packaging.

What will I do every day?

• Keep production lines running by assisting with basic operations
• Inspect parts/products to meet quality expectations
• Package finished goods for shipment
• Clear minor jams and escalate issues when needed
• Rotate between different workstations
• Maintain cleanliness and safe work habits

Could I help in other areas?

• Yes—move materials by hand or forklift
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks

Do I need experience?

No. We provide paid training. However, experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Facilities maintenance
• Shipping/receiving
• Warehouse operations
• Material handling
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Mechanical assembly
• General manufacturing environments

What’s the schedule?

• Full-time positions
