Assembly and Packaging Worker

Our client in Rice Lake is seeking an Assembly & Packaging Worker to join their team.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate good dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly & Packaging Worker

Location: Rice Lake, WI

Pay Range: $18 - $19.50/hr

Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Assemble small parts and components for product packaging
• Make boxes, put parts together, and bag/pack items
• Utilize basic tools such as screwdrivers, box cutters, and heat sealers
• Stand for extended periods with mats provided for comfort
• Lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally bend when placing boxes on pallets

• Good dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a faster-paced environment
• Basic tool usage experience
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
