About the Role

Join our manufacturing team as an Assembly Associate, where you will be assembling golf equipment including irons, metal woods, putters, and golf bags. In this role, you will follow detailed assembly processes to meet production schedules and ensure high-quality standards. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret process documentation will help contribute to a smooth production workflow. This position is essential in delivering quality golf products to customers and supporting overall manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete golf club assembly in a team setting following company standards and quality requirements.
• Apply weights and shafts to club heads using epoxy during shafting.
• Adjust loft and lie angles of club heads with leverage bars and hammers.
• Cut shafts to length with circular saw and perform ferrule sanding.
• Apply double-sided tape to shafts.
• Weigh clubs on scales to ensure proper swing weight.
• Apply hot melt and weights to assemble inserts such as Giloo or other insert weights.
• Insert grips by applying inserts at the bottom end of the grip.
• Wipe down products and apply labels and head covers as needed.
• Pack completed products, ensuring orders are complete, and place items into boxes with appropriate labeling.
• Assemble golf bag components, including tops, bottoms, and inserts.
• Load and unload plastic parts from mold injection machines.
• Prepare shafts through tip blasting.
• Remove club heads from shafts during burn-off process.
• Move recyclable materials, including large recycle bins, from production floor to the compactor.
• Read and interpret process documentation, procedures, and work instructions to ensure compliance.
• Inspect products for quality throughout the assembly process.
• Follow safety rules and procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Experience or ability to work in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Must be available for full-time, 2nd shift work.
• Knowledge of basic assembly tools and processes including circular saws, sanders, gauges, and other specified equipment.
• 2nd Shift / Segundo Turno availability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with golf equipment or in a manufacturing environment involving small parts assembly.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
