Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable Assembly Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing operation in the Tulsa area. This position is responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications while maintaining established production, quality, and safety standards.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable using hand and power tools, and able to perform repetitive hands-on work throughout an extended shift. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assemble products and components according to specifications Follow work instructions and established assembly procedures Identify and gather required parts and materials for assigned work Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Fit, position, fasten, and assemble components as required Inspect components throughout the assembly process Perform quality checks on completed products Identify and report defective parts or assembly concerns Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality requirements Follow established production schedules and priorities Assist with material handling and general production activities as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Perform additional assembly and manufacturing duties as assigned
Assembly & Production Responsibilities

Component assembly Parts installation Hand-tool operation Power-tool operation Product inspection Quality verification Material handling Production staging Repetitive manufacturing processes General production support
Quality Responsibilities
Inspect components before and during assembly Verify completed products meet established specifications Identify obvious defects or incorrect assembly Maintain attention to detail during repetitive production activities Report quality concerns to supervisors or appropriate personnel Maintain quality standards while meeting daily production expectations
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Assembly Associate experience Manufacturing or industrial production experience Mechanical assembly experience Experience using hand and power tools Production line experience Quality inspection experience Material-handling experience Experience working extended or night shifts in a manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling Ability to perform repetitive hand and upper-body movements Manual dexterity required for assembly and tool operation Comfortable performing physically active manufacturing work throughout the shift Ability to safely work around production equipment while wearing required PPE
