Assembly Associate Sports Equipment Manufacturing | $15/hr | 1st Shift
Location: Salisbury, NC
Pay: $15.00/hour
Shift: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:45 PM

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Assembly Associates for a leading sports equipment manufacturer in Salisbury, NC. If you have hands-on assembly experience and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you.
You'll be building athletic equipment used by players at every level from youth leagues to the pros. Multiple openings available. Apply today for immediate consideration.
What's In It For You
$15/hour paid weekly
1st shift schedule home by 4 PM every day
MondayFriday weekends typically off
Overtime available (usually early start or late finish not weekend work)

What You'll Do
Read work orders and assembly instructions to prep for each job
Gather parts, tools, and materials needed for assembly
Position and assemble components using hand tools and power tools
Verify fit and fasten parts to spec
Inspect finished components for defects and quality issues
Make minor adjustments to meet production specifications
Flag material shortages or equipment issues to your supervisor
Help keep your work area organized and stocked
What You Need
High school diploma or GED
Prior assembly experience in manufacturing or production
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools safely
Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
Able to follow written instructions and safety procedures
