Assembly Associates – Entry Level 837538

Pay: $15–$19 per hour, depending on shift and experience
Schedule: Full-Time 1st, 2nd or 3rd Shift

Immediate openings are available for Assembly Associates at manufacturing companies in North Royalton and Strongsville. Training is provided, and previous manufacturing experience is not required.

This is an excellent opportunity to start or grow a career in manufacturing. Experience in assembly, warehouse operations, packaging, production, machine operation, general labor, or quality inspection is a plus.

Shift Options

• 
  1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  
• 
  2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  
• 
  3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday–Thursday, or 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday–Friday
  

Job Responsibilities

• 
  Perform light assembly of parts and components
  
• 
  Inspect products for quality, defects, and proper assembly
  
• 
  Package finished products for shipment
  
• 
  Sort, count, label, and organize parts
  
• 
  Follow work instructions and safety procedures
  
• 
  Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
  

Requirements

• 
  No previous manufacturing experience required
  
• 
  Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  
• 
  Ability to stand for the duration of a shift
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail
  
• 
  Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  
• 
  Ability to follow instructions and work safely
  
• 
  Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
