Description: Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Assemble small components and parts according to provided specifications, diagrams, or instructions.
- Inspect parts and materials for quality and ensure compliance with standards before and during assembly.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in small-scale assembly processes.
- Perform routine checks on machinery to ensure proper functioning and report any malfunctions or issues.
- Package and label completed assemblies for storage or shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines for assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and address production challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to work with small components and perform precise assembly tasks.
- Basic knowledge of and experience using hand tools, small machinery, or assembly equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions or diagrams.
