Position Overview
The Assembly role is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and preparing vessel components in a manufacturing environment. This Assembly position supports production operations through quality inspections, pipe installation, and hydrostatic testing preparation. The ideal Assembly candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and dependable.
Required Experience & Skills
Experience using hand, air, and power tools safely
Ability to identify and inspect parts for defects and quality issues
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to follow safety and environmental procedures
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Safely operate various hand, air, and power tools
Inspect parts and components to ensure quality standards
Verify all connections are properly sealed
Identify and document vessel parts and components
Prepare and secure vessels for hydrostatic testing
Assist with loading shipments
Cut and thread pipe as required
Install, align, and seal flanged pipe systems
Follow all company safety and environmental policies
Perform additional duties as assigned
