Job Description

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
25 years of manufacturing or assembly experience
Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
Strong understanding of assembly processes and quality standards
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, or technical documents
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills (ERP systems, production tracking, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities of assembly cell team members
Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved efficiently and on time
Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to company and customer specifications
Train, mentor, and support team members to improve skills and performance
Promote and enforce a safe working environment in compliance with company policies
Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
Troubleshoot production issues and escalate concerns when necessary
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Collaborate with supervisors, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and workstations
