Are you ready to start a hands-on career in manufacturing? Laclede is looking for a motivated, reliable individual to join our Assembly Department as an Assembly Support team member. This is a training position where youll learn Lacledes high standards for product quality and begin developing skills in one of eight key support roles - starting with the Puller/Overhead area.
What Youll Do
• Measure and prepare chain to specified lengths using provided tools and job traveler instructions. • Package chain products in drums, pails, reels, or cartons according to production guidelines. • Operate industrial trucks and other equipment to move and load materials safely. • Record production data accurately and enter information into our Epicor MES system. • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
What Were Looking For
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable and punctual, with a solid work ethic. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a production environment.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach overhead throughout the shift. Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs (occasionally more). Work environment is non-climate controlled and can be loud - PPE is required and provided.
