Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated candidates for an Assembly position in Claremore, OK. This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team producing air-cooled heat exchangers in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal Assembly candidate enjoys hands-on work, works well with tools, and takes pride in building quality products.

What You ll Be Doing
Assist in assembling air-cooled heat exchanger units and components
Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Use hand and power tools to install and secure parts
Align, fit, and assemble components accurately
Inspect parts and completed units for quality and defects
Support testing of finished products when needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Work alongside team members to meet daily production goals
Required Experience & Skills
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to lift, move, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
