Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and dependable Assembly Technicians to join a manufacturing team in Claremore, OK building industrial heat exchanger cores. This hands-on assembly role focuses on constructing structural core components using shop tools, blueprints, and production schedules in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Required Experience & Skills

Prior assembly experience REQUIRED
Experience using hand tools and general shop tools
Ability to read and interpret instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
Understanding of hardware fasteners and assembly methods
Strong attention to detail and production quality awareness
Ability to follow schedules, production instructions, and safety procedures
Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Safely construct, assemble, and build heat exchanger cores
Assemble structural components including laying fin material and running copper tubing
Use general shop tools to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently
Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions
Follow production schedules and report completed work
Verify proper installation of hardware, fasteners, and structural components
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Follow all company safety programs, PPE requirements, and production policies

Work Environment

Industrial metal fabrication / manufacturing environment
Non-climate-controlled facility with exposure to heat, noise, dust, dirt, and metal particles
PPE required including hearing protection, safety glasses, respirators (when required), and OSHA-compliant safety boots
Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, repetitive movement, and assembly work throughout the shift

Additional Information

Safety-sensitive position under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act
Shift differential included for evening schedule
