Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Claremore. This position is responsible for assembling pipe fittings using hand tools while ensuring products meet quality standards and production requirements.

The ideal candidate is reliable, enjoys hands-on work, and is looking for a stable opportunity in a manufacturing environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Ability to use basic hand tools safely and effectively
Comfortable performing repetitive assembly work
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assemble pipe fittings using hand tools and established procedures
Follow work instructions to ensure accurate and secure assembly
Inspect assembled parts for quality and completeness
Maintain production standards while meeting quality expectations
Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
Assist with additional production and assembly duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
Experience using hand tools in a production environment
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new processes
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Frequent use of hands and repetitive assembly motions
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Work Environment
Manufacturing facility with a team-oriented atmosphere
Fast-paced production environment focused on quality and efficiency
Clean and organized work area with established safety procedures
Shorts are permitted, and steel-toe boots are not required
