Responsible for performing a variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations in a clean room manufacturing environment. The role involves precision assembly work, machine operation, manual loading/unloading, component installation, and following detailed technical specifications and procedures. The candidate must have strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with small components and repetitive processes while maintaining quality standards.

Job Description:
Responsible for performing a variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations in a clean room manufacturing environment. The candidate must have strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with small components and repetitive processes while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations.
- Assemble components using hand tools, production equipment, and automated machinery.
- Perform wiring, component installation, soldering, and cable harnessing as required.
- Read and interpret technical specifications, work instructions, and assembly documentation.
- Operate and maintain production equipment.
- Perform manual loading and unloading of materials.
- Handle small precision components and glass products with care.
- Work under microscope/low-powered magnification when required.
- Maintain clean room procedures and wear full bunny suit PPE.
- Perform quality inspections and identify defects.
- Follow safety, quality, and production standards.
- Complete basic computer tasks and production documentation.
Must Have:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant assembly/manufacturing experience
- Active J-STD Certification
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Experience with precision assembly or small components
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/data entry)
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Electronics assembly experience
- Aerospace/defense manufacturing experience
- Semiconductor or clean room manufacturing background
- Experience handling microchips or miniature components
- Soldering and wiring experience
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- OR
- Associate degree or 2 years post-secondary education in a related field
