Job Summary:

The Heavy Lifter is responsible for safely handling, moving, loading, unloading, and positioning heavy materials and products within a manufacturing or warehouse environment. This position requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities:

• Safely lift, carry, move, and position heavy materials and products.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, racks, and production areas.
• Assist production teams with moving raw materials, finished products, and equipment.
• Use proper lifting techniques and material-handling equipment when required.
• Stack and organize materials safely and efficiently.
• Inspect materials for damage and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production and shipping goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or material-handling environment preferred.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, and pull for extended periods.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or extended shifts as required.
