Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking dependable Assembly Helpers to join a growing manufacturing team in Claremore. This position supports the assembly and production of industrial products by assisting with material preparation, component assembly, quality inspections, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Required Experience & Skills
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with assembling products and components according to work instructions and engineering specifications
Gather, organize, and transport materials, parts, and tools needed for production
Inspect components and finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects
Operate basic hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively
Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift
Report equipment issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
Perform additional assembly and production duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience
Experience using hand tools in an industrial environment
Basic understanding of mechanical assembly processes
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive physical activity throughout the shift
Ability to safely use hand tools while wearing required PPE
Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with continuous movement throughout the workday
