We are hiring an Assembly Associate to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will assemble components for products such as light towers, generators and heaters using hand and air tools while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble components using bolts, clips, screws and fasteners
Follow work orders, blueprints and process instructions
Use hand and air tools safely and effectively
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
Assist in other departments as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience using hand and air tools required
Ability to read and follow instructions and work orders
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and/or walk for 8 12 hour shifts
Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, kneeling and reaching
Ability to lift 25 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally
Work Environment
Manufacturing/production setting
Steel-toe boots required
