This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. The primary responsibility involves layering mesh materials and securing them with metal brads using hand tools to create finished products of various sizes.Job Responsibilities· Layer mesh materials according to production specifications· Secure materials using metal brads and hand tools· Assemble products of varying lengths and widths· Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy· Maintain a clean and organized work area· Follow all production and safety procedures· Work closely with team members to meet daily production goalsRequirements· Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)· Experience using hand tools preferred· Strong attention to detail· Reliable transportation required· Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift· Ability to work effectively in a team environment· Must be dependable with good attendance· Must be available to work overtime and weekends as neededAdditional Information· Full-time position with consistent overtime opportunities· Fast-paced manufacturing environment· Team-oriented workplace· Candidates must be willing and able to work overtime; applicants unable to work overtime will not be consideredImportant Note – Safety Sensitive RoleThis position is classified as Safety Sensitive under applicable workplace safety guidelines.
