Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking motivated Industrial Ductwork Installers to join a growing installation team based in Neosho. This position involves frequent travel to customer job sites where you'll install large industrial ductwork systems for commercial and industrial facilities. When travel schedules change, work will be performed at the company's fabrication shop.

Required Experience & Skills
Willingness and ability to travel regularly for installation projects
Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments
Ability to safely use hand and power tools (experience preferred but training available)
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
Construction, fabrication, or mechanical experience is a plus but not required
Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Install large industrial ductwork systems at customer job sites
Assemble and connect duct sections using bolted flanges and hardware
Install supports, stands, and structural components for duct systems
Attach trim pieces and complete finish caulking as required
Safely work on rooftops, scissor lifts, and snorkel/boom lifts
Assist with material handling using forklifts and extended-reach forklifts
Operate hand and power tools including circular saws, Sawzalls, grinders, impact guns, caulk guns, and battery ratchets
Work collaboratively with installation crews to complete projects safely and efficiently
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Perform shop fabrication and assembly work when travel is not required
Preferred Qualifications
Previous construction, industrial installation, or mechanical experience
Experience operating forklifts or aerial lifts
Familiarity with industrial fabrication or sheet metal installation
Ability to read basic drawings and installation instructions
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and repetitive physical activity throughout the shift
Ability to safely work at heights and on elevated work platforms
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions while wearing required PPE
Work Environment
Combination of fabrication shop and industrial construction job sites
Frequent travel to customer locations throughout the region
Exposure to construction equipment, industrial facilities, elevated work areas, and outdoor weather conditions
