The Assembler I is responsible for assembling manufactured product and sub-assemblies according to engineering blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards.  
 
This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to show up on time everyday and adhere to company attendance policies. Assembler I Associates must have the ability to troubleshoot issues, and consistent adherence to safety and quality expectations in a very fast-paced manufacturing environment.  
 
Our modular assemblers operate as a team unit working to assemble structures from the ground up. This mirrors a customer site install while offering the benefits of year-round full-time employment at one indoor location.

Physical Demands and Work Environment  
Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close and color vision and focus adjustment. Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and explosives. Noise levels can be very loud, requiring ear protection.
