Assembly Laborer

Location: Columbiana, OH
Training: All new hires will complete 3–4 weeks of training on 1st Shift
Starting Pay: $16.00/hour
Hours:SWING SHIFT-1st shift- 6:00am-2:30pm, 2nd shift- 2:30pm-11:00pm, Monday-Friday
Shift Differential: $2.00/hour for 2nd shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual assembly tasks accurately and efficiently
• Operate powered forming and drilling/tapping machines (manual and automatic)
• Replace tools (drills/taps) as needed to maintain production standards
• Ensure finished products meet quality and packing standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
• Regularly lift and move items up to 40 lbs
• Must be available to work OT and Saturdays
