We are looking for a person to join our clients Law Enforcement Production team to assist in the manufacturing of self-defense sprays and products. As a production associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production line, meeting production targets, and maintaining quality standards. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the production of products that help people feel safer.
Responsibilities
- Experience in an assembly line or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to accurately read and follow orders and batch cards.
- Willingness to learn LE formulations, labeling requirements, and packaging procedures during training.
- Knowledge of serialized can management and overseas file maintenance is a plus.
- Familiarity with record-keeping processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to lift and move materials as part of the production process.
Shift
Monday-Friday 6:30 am to 3 pm
