Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assembler Lead to join our manufacturing team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. As an integral part of our operation, you will lead a team responsible for assembling high-quality wooden pallets and metal components that meet our rigorous standards.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay Range: $23 - $27 per hour, commensurate with experience
• Shift: 1st Shift, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, with overtime as required

• Serve as a working leader by delegating daily tasks aligned with production goals and supporting the Supervisor’s directives.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring team members meet quality and productivity standards.
• Coordinate scheduling and task assignments to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Monitor team performance, provide ongoing feedback, and report key metrics to management.
• Identify training needs, facilitate skill development, and support team members’ growth.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership, trust-building, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure the workspace adheres to safety and presentation standards, promoting a safe working environment.
• Communicate process improvements and safety concerns to leadership for continuous enhancements.
• Educate team members on company policies, policies in the employee handbook, and safety procedures.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in computer systems, including ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation.
• Conflict resolution skills and the ability to inspire teamwork.
