Description: Pick/Pack/Ship Assembler Pay: $18.00/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Job Summary Pure Processing is hiring a dependable Pick/Pack/Ship Assembler to assemble medical tubing products in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse. This is a performance-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent employment and advancement. Responsibilities Assemble medical tubing using pre-cut parts Glue, crimp, and attach fittings Inspect finished products for quality Meet production goals Keep work area clean and organized Follow safety procedures Assist with picking, packing, and shipping as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail Able to perform repetitive tasks Comfortable sitting or standing throughout the day Reliable attendance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and on a team Physical Requirements Frequent hand use for assembly work Sit or stand for extended periods Occasionally lift light boxes Work Environment Clean, organized, climate-controlled warehouse Height-adjustable workstations Team-oriented environment Free coffee and break room Cross-training opportunities Dress Code Business casual Closed-toe shoes required No jeans, leggings, or torn clothing Summer Schedule (June-August) Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM Employees may take a 30-minute lunch Monday-Thursday to make up hours and maintain a 32-hour workweek.
