Assembly Operator | 1st Shift

Location: Denton, TX
Pay:$18.00–$19.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime: Mandatory as needed | Must be available for up to 12-hour shifts and weekends based on production needs

• Perform light assembly and basic machine operation
• Follow written instructions and production procedures
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
• Use basic measuring tools and math skills
• Meet daily production and quality goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as needed
• Operate a sit-down forklift when applicable

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience required
• Sit-down forklift experience is a plus
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must be able to work up to 12-hour shifts when required
• Must be available to work weekends and mandatory overtime based on company needs
