Full-Time | Temporary-to-Permanent Opportunity

We are hiring Assembly Operators for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity in Painesville. This position involves assembling electronic connectors, cable assemblies, and related components using small parts, basic hand tools, work instructions, and production documentation.

This is a good fit for someone who is comfortable with repetitive, detail-oriented work and can maintain accuracy while working at a steady production pace. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred, but candidates with related production, inspection, warehouse, or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic connectors, cable assemblies, and related components.
• Perform repetitive assembly, wire termination, molding, testing, labeling, and packaging.
• Use cutters, wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, and basic measuring instruments.
• Read and follow written work instructions, diagrams, assembly drawings, and production documentation.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for defects and quality concerns.
• Record basic production or test information as required.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Learn and perform multiple assembly processes.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.

Physical Requirements
