Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembly Operator I workers for a plastics manufacturing company in Osceola, WI. In this role, you’ll help assemble high-quality plastic components into finished products while working in a team-oriented production environment. What You’ll Do as an Assembly Operator I:- Assemble plastic parts using methods such as sonic welding, heat staking, gluing, and screw insertion
- Inspect, label, and package finished products to meet customer and quality standards
- Operate tools for basic processes such as sanding, routing, and punching
- Track production output and document scrap using daily logs and production sheets
- Report product defects or equipment issues to a supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following OSHA safety standards
What You Need to Bring to the Assembly Operator I Role:- No experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a 10-hour shift
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must have basic math and communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, vibration, and exposure to machinery
- Reliable transportation to the Osceola, WI area
