Pay Rate:$20+/hour Schedule: Full-Time | 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts available Overtime: Required, including weekends as needed Qualified Staffing is hiring Assembly Operators for a well-established manufacturer in the Blue Water Area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in quality, teamwork, and consistent performance. Key Responsibilities:
Produce parts according to standard work instructions and cycle times
Perform quality checks using gauges, SPC charting, and inspection tools
Complete assembly tasks while handling materials and dunnage within the work area
Maintain 5S standards, housekeeping, and basic equipment care
Identify simple equipment issues and reset machines as needed
Submit maintenance requests when necessary
Complete safety checks and routine production documentation
Perform error-proofing checks and assist with line teardowns
Accurately track production counts, quality data, and scrap
Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts
Assist in training new team members as needed
