Job Title: Medical Device Assembler (Entry Level)
Location: Plymouth, MN
Job Description:- Assemble and inspect medical devices in a manufacturing environment.
- Perform basic assembly, testing, and repair of small medical device components.
- Use a microscope for inspection and assembly tasks.
- Follow written work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
- Handle small parts with good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
- Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Required Skills:- Entry-level assembly experience (medical device experience is a plus)
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic quality inspection skills
- Team player with a reliable work ethic
- Basic computer skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Work Environment:- Microscope use required
- No team lifting required
- Approximately 40 50% sitting and 40 50% standing (varies by workstation)
