Job Title: Assembly Operator (Medical Device)
Location: Plymouth, MN
Job Description:
- Assemble and inspect medical devices and small components in a molding/manufacturing environment.
- Use microscopes and hand tools to perform assembly, repair, testing, and quality checks.
- Follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Work with small parts requiring good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Work in a team environment and support continuous improvement activities.
- Sit for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Work a 4-day, 10-hour shift with overtime as needed.
- Follow strict cleanroom dress code (no makeup, perfumes, jewelry, artificial nails, or loose clothing).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, microscope, or medical device experience is preferred.
