We are currently hiring for a 2nd Shift Assembly Operator for a growing manufacturing facility in Milford, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a hands-on production environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components according to work instructions and blueprints
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
• Identify and report any production issues or defective materials
• Meet daily production goals and maintain efficiency standards
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and basic blueprints
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working with small parts and precision tools
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
