Assembly Operator

seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operators to join our manufacturing team in Oceanside, CA. The Assembly Operator will be responsible for performing hands-on assembly of precision components while following established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations of small precision components and products according to work instructions.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks.
• Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow detailed manufacturing procedures, drawings, and visual work instructions.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify and report quality issues or defects to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and support daily manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work with small parts and perform detailed work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using hand tools.
• Experience in precision assembly or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read basic work instructions, drawings, or specifications.
• Previous experience working in a quality-focused manufacturing environment.
