seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operators to join our manufacturing team in Oceanside, CA. The Assembly Operator will be responsible for performing hands-on assembly of precision components while following established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality products.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform assembly operations of small precision components and products according to work instructions.
- Use basic hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks.
- Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow detailed manufacturing procedures, drawings, and visual work instructions.
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify and report quality issues or defects to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines.
- Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members and support daily manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to work with small parts and perform detailed work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using hand tools.
- Experience in precision assembly or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to read basic work instructions, drawings, or specifications.
- Previous experience working in a quality-focused manufacturing environment.
