Job Title: Operator (Assembly / Production)
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Job Description:
Perform basic assembly and production tasks in a manufacturing environment.
Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Inspect parts, maintain accurate production records, and ensure product quality.
Operate basic equipment and perform routine maintenance when needed.
Use computers for data entry and production tracking.
Work with team members to meet daily production goals and support continuous improvement.
Handle small parts and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work with small parts and prioritize tasks.
6+ months of manufacturing, assembly, medical device, or regulated production experience preferred.
