Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Assembly Operator
Location: Sun Prairie, WIPay Rate: Competitive, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | 2nd & 3rd shift: 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am
Overtime: Required, including weekends
Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Qualified Staffing is hiring Assembly Operators for a well-established manufacturer in the Blue Water Area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in quality, teamwork, and consistent performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce parts according to standard work instructions and cycle times
- Perform quality checks using gauges, SPC charting, and inspection tools
- Complete assembly tasks while handling materials and dunnage within the work area
- Maintain 5S standards, housekeeping, and basic equipment care
- Identify simple equipment issues and reset machines as needed
- Submit maintenance requests when necessary
- Complete safety checks and routine production documentation
- Perform error-proofing checks and assist with line teardowns
- Accurately track production counts, quality data, and scrap
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts
- Assist in training new team members as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical or vocational training is a plus
