Manufacturing Assembler - 2nd Shift

Pay: $20.31/hour + $1.75/hour shift differential
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM and 11:00pm- 7:30am
Location: Taunton, MA
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you'll assemble products according to work orders and specifications while maintaining high quality standards, following safety procedures, and minimizing material waste.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to work orders, drawings, and specifications.
• Follow quality standards, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and company procedures.
• Set up and operate production equipment, including branding, spooling, tube rinsing, and post-cure ovens.
• Assemble pump sets and package finished products.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Read and interpret work orders, bills of materials, and product specifications.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety policies.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Ability to read work orders and product specifications.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Comfortable working with cleaning solutions such as isopropyl alcohol.
• Team-oriented with a strong attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent use of hands for repetitive assembly tasks.
• Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 35 lbs.
• Work safely in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE.
