Johnson Service Group is looking to fill Aircraft Assembly Operator job. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Assembly Operators. Must be able to interpret assembly blueprints, drawings, schematics and engineering specifications to build, calibrate and test electromechanical switches. This is a Temp-Direct job in the Valencia area.

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 HR DOE

Adjust disc springs to required settings.
Functionally cycles switch to stabilize components making necessary set ups with a minimum of technical assistance.
Checks, synchronizes and tests products using a variety of hand tools (i.e. screwdrivers and pliers) and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, gages and dial indicators to ensure conformance to specifications.
Maintains work area in a neat and orderly condition.
May be required to safety wire parts as necessary according to instructions.
Troubleshoots and repairs units need rework.
May be required to drill and install pin per assembly routers
Performs related duties as assigned.
Ordinary care and attention must be exercised to prevent damage of components, tools and equipment
Ordinary care and attention are required to prevent injury to others due to the operation of high-pressure vessels.

High School Diploma

Able to read pressure gauges.
Ability to use hand tools.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of basic math.
Ability to read, speak and write in English, follow verbal and written instructions.
A moderate amount of concentration is required involving coordination of mental processes and physical responses.
