We are a manufacturing company in Clio, MI seeking a dependable Assembly & Packaging Associate to join our team. This position involves assembling small components, packaging finished products, and maintaining quality standards in a fast‑paced environment. Applicants must possess basic math and computer skills. Responsibilities:
Assemble small components according to written instructions.
Package finished products with proper labeling and presentation.
Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly and packaging process.
Follow all safety protocols and shop procedures.
Stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 45 lbs throughout the shift.
Use basic computer functions for labels and simple data entry.
Assist with general production tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to work at a fast pace and stay on task.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Availability for some weekend work as needed.
Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
