Now Hiring | 1st Shift pays $16.00/hr and 2nd Shift pays $18.00

Are you experienced in manufacturing assembly and enjoy working with your hands? If you have experience assembling components, crimping wires, or performing detailed production work, we'd like to talk with you!

We're hiring dependable Assemblers for both 1st and 2nd Shift to join a growing manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand tools
• Cut, strip, and crimp wires (experience is a plus but not required)
• Follow work instructions and production drawings
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production assembly experience
• Wire cutting, stripping, or crimping experience is highly desirable
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
