Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Ensure assembly processes meet quality standards and support corrective actions when needed.
  • Conduct in‑process inspections and verify adherence to work instructions and specifications.
  • Promote 5S, visual management, and standardized work practices.

Continuous Improvement

  • Support lean manufacturing initiatives such as Kaizen events, root‑cause analysis, and process mapping.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including output, scrap, downtime, and labor efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering on process improvements and new product introductions.

Administrative & Operational Duties

  • Experience working with assembly tools, fixtures, and production equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and process documentation.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
