About the RoleThis position currently involves all aspects of the assembly process including putting up inventory stock, parts pulling, assembling, repair/restock/warranty evaluations, testing and service, wash/prep/paint, packing, shipping/receiving and general clean up.Pay Range: $17.00 - 18.70 per hourShift: 2nd ShiftTop 5 Skills and Abilities Being Sought for This Position:* Ability to read blueprints.* Ability to use gauges and other measuring equipment to ensure quality work.* Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.* Ability to perform physical activity associated with operation of equipment including bending, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching in order to meet production needs.* Must be able to stand and move continuously during working hours.Top 5 Actual Tasks Relevant to This Position:•* Hand assembly of gear motors, reducers, and adjustable drives, maintain parts stock between assembly lines, putting up inventory stock, parts pulling, repair/restock/warranty evaluations, testing and service, wash/prep/paint, packing, shipping/receiving and general clean up.* Use calipers, depth and paint millage gauges.* Must visually inspect all work and rework as necessary.* Rotate to various jobs within Assembly Shop.* Perform other tasks as requested.Although we have described above what we are generally looking for, we are very likely missing other attributes and skills that may make you a great fit!
