We are hiring Assembly Associates for a manufacturing facility in the Piqua area. This position works on an assembly line producing and assembling baby products, including car seats.
Responsibilities
Assemble car seats and related components along a production line
Work with small parts and components using your hands throughout the shift
Rotate between assembly lines and workstations as needed
Cross-train to perform multiple assembly functions
Inspect assembled products for visible quality issues
Complete additional production duties as assigned
Qualifications
6 months of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
Comfortable performing repetitive assembly tasks and consistently using hands throughout the shift
Ability to work with smaller parts and components
Comfortable standing at a workstation for extended periods
Ability to rotate between stations and learn multiple assembly processes
