Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Workers to join a client’s manufacturing team in Casper. No experience is required—full training is provided! This is a great opportunity to start a long-term career with room for growth.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble parts and components to build finished products
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Operate tools and machinery safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Load and unload preset machines (drill presses, arbor presses, cutters, laminators, stripping machines)
• Assist with light metal-cutting and assembly tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move boxes or materials as needed
• Strong fine-motor coordination for repetitive or precise tasks
• Dependable and motivated work ethic
