Participates in the implementation and improvement of manufacturing production processes and methods.ResponsibilitiesRecommends best practices to improve production capacity quality and reliabilityAssist with the implementation of continuous improvement processes for efficiency to create a Lean Manufacturing environment.Participates in investigating problems analyzing root causes and deriving resolutions. Will use 8D Problem Solving Process to ensure sustainable quality productsSupports operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectivesAssures product and process quality by designing testing methods testing finished- product and process capabilities establishing standards confirming manufacturing processesProvides input for budget preparation and monitor expenses and profitabilityWrites spec books requests and evaluation of supplier quotationsAssists in the design documentation and implementation of medium-scale manufacturing processes.
