Assembly - Production

Join our team in Warren, Ohio! We’re seeking dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to fill the role of Assembly - Production. If you enjoy working with your hands, reading blueprints, and assembling precision equipment, we want to hear from you.

Specializing in assembling CNC machines for other companies. This is a crucial role in ensuring our products meet high standards of quality and safety. You’ll work alongside experienced team members in a clean, organized environment, helping us deliver top-tier machinery to our customers. Hours
1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Opportunity for overtime before or after the regular shift

Pay
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble CNC machine components following detailed blueprints and schematics
  • Fabricate parts as needed in cooperation with machinists
  • Implement machine power-up and conduct initial testing
  • Prepare machines for shipment and assist in loading for transport
  • Work with engineers to start up machines and train customers in maintenance
  • Respond to troubleshooting questions from customers and provide on-site service as needed
  • Perform warranty inspections and resolve customer issues
  • Complete paperwork accurately, including markings on prints and customer reports
  • Maintain ISO certification standards through quality-focused work
  • Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of the work area

Minimum Requirements
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, indicators)
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with machine shop operations and assembly
  • Ability to work safely and effectively communicate with team members and customers
  • Own hand tools preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and insurability to drive company or rental vehicles

Additional Skills
  • Familiarity with CNC operation and machine alignments
  • Experience using lathes, drill presses, milling machines, and grinders
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Graduate of technical school or machine trades apprenticeship
  • At least five years of related work experience preferred
