Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join a heavy industrial manufacturing team in Pryor, OK. This role focuses on assembling metal components, subassemblies, and finished products while maintaining strict production, quality, and safety standards.

Required Experience & Skills

High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years of mechanical or assembly experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and production instructions
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Basic math skills including fractions and decimals
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Welding or blueprint reading certifications preferred
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Study assembly instructions, blueprints, specifications, and parts lists
Gather required parts, tools, and materials for production work
Assemble fabricated parts into subassemblies and finished products
Read work orders and follow production drawings or verbal instructions
Safely use hand tools, power tools, welders, drills, presses, and related shop equipment
Perform testing and calibration to verify parts meet required tolerances and specifications
Conduct go/no-go inspections using measuring and testing equipment
Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process
Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements
Support additional manufacturing duties as assigned
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

Work Environment

Heavy industrial manufacturing environment
Exposure to machinery, production equipment, fabrication tools, and active manufacturing operations
Physically demanding role requiring standing, climbing, lifting, bending, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
Frequent lifting of 50 lbs or more
